The Whim

The Whim is a detached property which stands in its own grounds on the top of a cliff overlooking the Norfolk coastline. The Whim is located on the edge of the rural seaside village of Mundesley, which boasts a beautiful beach and many attractions, including golf and other country pursuits. Norfolk is renowned as being a good British holiday destination and this property is fantastically located as not far from the main beach, the village and its amenities. Outside, there is plenty of space for cars to the left-hand side and the pool is situated to the back of the house at the end of the patio.

There is a decking area for BBQs in the warmer months and a garden with fabulous full sea view. Inside, each of the rooms are of generous proportions, as was the case with most homes built in the Edwardian times. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with most modern necessities and the open plan kitchen dining area will seat 14 adults and there is a high chair available if needed.

The lounge also comfortably seats 14 so the entertaining rooms are spacious enough for family get togethers and celebrations alike. To the back of the house is a small conservatory complete with sofa; ideal for a quiet book read or a snug for children. There are seven bedrooms in the house spread over the two storeys and all with Egyptian cotton linen bedding and hand towels in the bathrooms. There is also a cot at The Whim should you wish to make use of this. Many of the bedrooms have televisions and a couple have a lovely sea view too. Great to start any day off with!
